Complete House Renovation with Rear Extension in Shepherd's Bush, London

This is 3800 sq ft Victorian house based in Loftus Road, Shepherds Bush, which was re-arranged, extended and completely refurbished by TEMZA. During the project due to the age of the property the whole roof had to be replaced together with all the floor and wall joists, literally, everything in the property had to be removed and build again.

The client has chosen to keep the Victorian style interior with original features enabling us to complement that with bespoke custom made furniture and kitchen.

We created an extension on the garden level to create a space for a large eat-in kitchen with folding doors leading to the beautiful garden.

Kitchen is completed in a rich colour scheme with dark olive cabinets, exposed bricks and wooden worktop.

Victorian-era influenced bathrooms are achieved by using re-claimed patterned tiles on the floor and freestanding baths with ornate claw feet, which gives the property its luxury feel.

The hard work of TEMZA team resulted in a truly unique, cosy and welcoming home.
