This residence in Los Angeles was a simple two story box in Montecito Heights. The design focused on creating a loft-like space that incorporates the balconies with a pair of “barn-door” sliders. The kitchen was fabricated with Ikea boxes with custom maple fronts and built in Bosch appliances.

Upstairs, we eliminated one bedroom to create a spacious master suite with a faux fireplace, TV w/ surround and a walk through closet.
