We used a mix of materials and finishings to convey warmth and sophistication in this modern stucco home in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. Dark wood cabinets and wrought iron details in the kitchen contrast beautifully with light stone floors and mid-tone granite countertops. Warm textured paint and dark wood beams on the vaulted ceiling lend an air of elegance to the family room. A large custom patio door and windows lead out onto the fully appointed outdoor kitchen, where wood detailing and warm hued natural stone was used to create a comfortable, engaging space. The mix of stucco and neutral natural stone used for the outside of the home, along with beautiful landscaping, results in gorgeous curb appeal.
