A simple yet effective project with several finishes utilised in areas throughout the home.

The kitchen makes use of Polytec's new Woodmatt range to add texture against the satin polyurethane doors and end slabs. The coloured soffit to the overhead cupboards gives a subtle finish up against Smartstones Marengo splash back. The white Arcadia benchtop helps tie everything together.

The woodmatt was also carried into the living area and bathrooms, the Marengo stone was used to create a small study nook and the arcadia benchtops in the main bathroom, giving the home a consistent look.

Corridor space was taken advantage of to create plethora of storage space and clever pull out drawers were included in the laundry to minimise baskets on the bench or floor space
