midcentury modern, arts and crafts, mission, eclectic?
Mi próximo proyecto: I am dreaming of raising the roof of my split entry, creating a living space in the attic. With a long room for entertaining, room for the dogs to run, and adding lots of light and storage. A more realistic plan would be to remove the walls between the kitchen and living room creating an updated open concept floor plan. How soon will the open concept become dated?
Quién soy: I like simple, well crafted wood pieces: mid century modern, arts and crafts, mission styles with bold, colorful upholstered modern furniture. I like the 70s: shag carpet, swag lamps, paneling, harvest gold, avocado green, orange, brown. Lots of color, with green as my neutral: sage, mint, olive, moss, citrus, ... With plenty of space for art, books, and dogs, plus a garage workshop for my husband.
