Kitchen

This lake view home is located in the Bayview neighborhood of South Milwaukee. Several spaces in the home were lacking in form and function. The kitchen and first floor bathroom were completely rearranged, redesigned, and dramatically furnished to makeover both spaces.

A small second floor office space was converted into a brand new master bathroom. Major structural changes and repairs were necessary to improve the layout and sightlines of each room. Architectural details were preserved and duplicated to compliment the home’s original character and the complete removal of a chimney from the roof down to the basement offered brilliant design solutions.

All new spaces include Greenfield brand cabinetry, detailed tile patterns, granite and marble countertops, specialty lighting, and more.
