Consider working with the floor color, the low light issue and what color looks great with the white cabinets/trim/shower curtain. I'm suggesting B.M. Edgecomb Gray. It checks all the boxes.

If you're not a fan of the gray and you prefer to keep the colors in your bathroom on the cooler side, then I suggest checking out these 2 whites:

It would create low contrast with your trim and wouldn't clash with your vanity, tile and fixtures, which already have cold undertones to them based on the photos. If you choose paint colors with an LRV of 65-75 then it will be noticibly darker than your trim, which has an LRV of 84.
