“For the front of our home, we wanted windows & doors that afforded both light & privacy. We'd had blinds on the original windows, but they cut out too much light. We'd previously looked at custom windows at Renaissance, but at the time what we liked was out of our budget. I'd stayed in touch w/ one of them, so when we were ready, we followed them to 21st Century. Debbie Chambers was our rep, and she was terrific. She showed me some custom casement windows in their display room I liked. She and my wife designed the front doors. She also referred me to Celinder Glass Design for the art glass (reviewed separately). Everything went as discussed and per contract terms. Because we were doing the project out-of-pocket, we spread it out, doing the windows about 6 mos. before the doors. The frame exteriors are vinyl for weather resistance and the interiors are mahogany stained to match the cabinetry. The doors' hardware is Emtek's Nashville. See my Crawford K Project for more pics.”

We contacted them and were very satisfied with their response to our need. They produced a window to fit exactly in the opening. We could not be happier!”

“My husband and I just moved to Orange County from San Francisco Bay Area a few months ago and one of my husband's friends had this really awesome door installed in his house. The door had multiple panels and all slid to one side which really opened up the room. We stumbled across this company New View and we visited the show room in Irvine. The showroom was a little rough around the edges but they explained that they were still in the process of setting up and had just moved to the new location. It made us a little weary at first, but it did allow us to see the door that they were offering. This particular door was beautiful! It had a gorgeous wood on the interior and the representative showed us how easy it was to operate which was one of my major concerns because my friend's door at their house in the SF Bay area was really heavy and had multiple pins so it was very difficult to operate. The one that New View had available works on magnets and was super easy to use. We shopped around at some of the competitors but our decision was easy as it was the best product and the least expensive we looked at. We just had it installed and it looks gorgeous! Our new house had brand new windows but if it didn't I definitely would have gotten the ones they had available. I wanted the windows they had available because they tilt and turn and you can clean them from inside the house but surprisingly the sales rep dissuaded me because he explained that it wasn't a good financial move at this time. Highly recommend this company, great quality and very trustworthy staff!”

“We finally decided to replace our 25 year old windows and sliders. This was not an easy decision considering we have 33 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We had 3 different companies come out and give us information and estimates. Although all estimates were comparable in price, Michael Lewis (sales) far surpassed the others with his knowledge and experience. He provided us details and recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. He has a wonderful attitude and made this process go very smoothly. Since Ameristar manufactures their own windows, and their factory is located in Riverside, I was invited to take a tour before deciding. I met with Maribel who gave me a tour. What a treat to see American made products being manufactured right in my own home town. I was sold! My beautiful new windows were completed and installed exactly as proposed. The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. If you are looking to replace windows, give Ameristar a call. You will be so glad you did!”

“Super happy with Ryden Construction. I've done two major projects on my house in the past 8 years so I have a good understanding when it comes to dealing with contractors. Ryden was a breath of fresh air to say the least. Great customer service, always showed up and if there was a problems they communicated well in advance, quality of work was great and they even cleaned up daily. I'd recommend Ryden to anyone.”
