“This is the second time I have used BNT. The first time was five star as well. From the initiation of the project through completion BNT's performance was above expectations. Brenda with customer service and scheduling kept the job on track and was able to work with our schedule. John was an excellent sales and point man; his involvement did not stop after he closed the deal. Emilio executed the installation to perfection and put in extra time on a Saturday to insure the job was completed prior to the arrival of our second child. Couldn't ask for a better team.”

“Michael is professional ,courteous, timely and has great communication skills. I had Hurricane accordion shutters put on 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. First I did my due diligence in searching the internet for recommendations and reviews of companies in West Palm Beach and had 4 of them come over and give me a quote. You will be surprised at the wide range of prices to do the same job. Michael's quote was most reasonable, but he got the job based on his personality. He was believable in the options and recommendations that he presented over the others. He always answers his phone and texts(unlike one company that never called back for an appointment and one that never provided the quote by email I was supposed to receive ).The whole process took about 2 months as written in the contract(the longest part of that is 5 weeks of waiting on the city permit, (which you can check online yourself).Speaking of the contract-each company had different requirements for deposit, start of the job and completion(by the way completion is not after the project, but after the city inspector's approval.So the 3 payments should be #1 hire and write a contract with a small deposit for materials, not half of the total cost.#2 work is done(installed shutters)Largest payment.#3 after passing inspection ,smallest and final payment. By the way I also called him again for a neighbor and he showed up within an hour and she hired him as well. I really can't say enough bout Michael, except that you can trust that he will do a professional job in a timely manner and his prices are the most reasonable.Hire him!”

“SIW is the place to go for impact glass. They manufactured and installed our 250lb. 7'x7' glass pivot front door. It is spectacular. They also replaced our back doors with beautiful sliders. After the permit process (about 7 weeks) they removed our front door and installed in one day, same for the back doors, and then one more day for perfect finish carpentry (although they don't paint) Everything was done in a timely (amazing on Miami Beach), courteous, and impeccable fashion. And the owner Abe actually responds to phone calls quickly and helped us with the arduous inspection process. Abe takes pride in his product and his employees. If you need impact glass windows, sliders or doors in Southern Florida, look no further.”

“I received presentations & quotations from 4 window companies before choosing the Window Experts for total window replacement in our home. They should change their name to "The Professional Window Experts. Their pricing was aggressively competitive, the presentation clear & concise, and without the added pressure usually associated with home repair contractors. They handled all of the permitting & paper work necessary and when the job started, they really shined. No subs were used and their crew was outstanding. Neat, great clean-up everyday, on schedule and as much mitigation of dust as possible. Ya, there's dust. Great job guys.”
