“Excellent job on my window replacement. Professional and friendly installers. On-time. Took away old windows. Respectful of my carpeting. Cleaned up well after work was completed. Windows are very good quality and are tight and provide additional noise reduction. All around great job.”

“This is a really great company to work with. It felt like the difference between going to IKEA VERSUS HOME DEPOT. Most importantly they did not pressure me into a contract or sit in my house for 4 hours for a sales presentation. They took time to design several different options for me which I appreciated. No other company did this. The owner was very down to earth and likable and the lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and experienced. The installers did a great job, were very respectful of dust and debris getting in the house and did a fantastic job on cleaning up afterwards. HIghly recommend A++”

“Ramon was very professional and fun to work with. We purchased a home and are doing extensive remodeling. Windows by RC is the first contractor I am willing to recommend, hopefully there will be a few others before the end of the process. The house is 25 years old and is on the waterfront, since we have never lived on the water hurricane windows were high on our list of prorties. Wow are they expensiv! We had several estimates and Ramon had the best price, sometimes that is scary in the construction industry. This time it was a great choice, it is a local company, they have done several large jobs in the area, including homes, large condos, apartment buildings and working on a large job for the City. They did a great job, the product and job were finished as promised. I would highly recommend.”

“I called them as I had a mess from a bad co. getting hurricane shutters. They came out and measured everything, saw what needed to be redone and what needs to be done. Within a week it was all taken care of and I am a happy person. I don;t have any good pictures taken. If I can find this site I will put some up July 20.,2013. I am writing this on the 19th. I am not sure if I have the exact time, but it was about 2 years ago.”

“My project entailed a couple 6' sliding doors. The sales consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed multiple scenarios and was given different price options. To complete the look for my patio I ended up having two windows along with the doors installed. One of our biggest concerns of the actual construction was the cleanliness and dust. They used plastic covers on my furniture and kept the debris to a minimum. I have already recommended my neighbors and my friend Phil loved his job as well. Last but not least my criteria in choosing a company was good prices and quality work. They delivered fully. Thanks to Jack and the entire Window Depot staff.”

“First met with Jim Bell in January, 2011 for product information and a price quote. The meeting went well, all of our questions were answered, price was right and a start date established. Then came Joe Reiter and his crew, they were professional and ready to work. The old windows came out and the new windows went in. They cleaned the work area leaving nothing behind. Before leaving, Joe noticed a seal issue on the outside of the condo. He said he really needed to address it to avoid any possible leaks and to better secure the windows. He came back with a lift, at no cost to us and finished. A real pro, character plus and we couldn't be any happier with the whole experience. Later noticed a small scratch on the glass of one of the panes, it was replaced and installed at no charge. December, 2013 I accidentally drop a screen from the 5th floor to the driveway below, I left a message at A1 about a replacement which was answered by Jim Bell, stating I couldn't buy a replacement but he would replace it for free, speak with Joe. Spoke with Joe and he says he'll call when it arrives. Just had to share.”
