“We purchased new bedroom carpet and pad from Lujo Floors and were very happy with the service and products. They were late for our initial measure but on time and professional for the installation. They also moved our furniture and restretched our upstairs carpet which had ripples in several spots. They were able to schedule our install within a week or two of purchase and we have been very happy with our decision to use this company.”

“After shopping several flooring companies my wife and I decided that Designer Floors by Nickel Tile was the one we were most comfortable with. Our first project was to replace all the vinyl flooring in the wet areas of our home with porcelain tiles. The job took 4+ days. They removed the toilets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Everything they moved was installed back in place properly and in a timely manner. The crew was skillful, polite, clean and professional. Shortly after the tile work was completed we decided to replace the wall-to-wall carpet in the living/dining area with laminated hardwood flooring. Again we shopped and found Designer Floors by Nickel Tile to offer a quality product at a reasonable cost. It was a different crew to install the wood flooring and they too completed the job to the highest standard. I worked in the service business for many years and know that there is no better advertisement than a happy customer. The staff at Designer Floors by Nickel Tile always made me feel like a valued customer providing service that was tailored to my needs. If I were to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing.”

“We've used Warehouse Flooring since we bought our house thirty years ago. The quality of their flooring and their prices can't be beat. Their carpet installers are very professional, however their laminate floor layers aren't as highly qualified. They don't know how to do stairs or corners. Instead of being level, the steps are enclosed. My husband even fell when he stepped on the edge of the step and the edge piece came loose. We have had to hammer the finishing nails back in and used liquid nails to keep the edge pieces from coming off when stepped on. The installer did come back and reinstalled the piece that came off and told us not to step on the edge pieces when we use the steps. The steps are not long enough NOT to step on those pieces. We are extremely satisfied with the flooring, but we know we will have to get someone else to fix the steps and corners.”
