“ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Rubbermaid shelves should be discontinued. Southern Closet Systems should be in every home, period. We installed their system in each and every closet and pantry. It is just wonderful how much space there is for everything and then extra for the future treasures. We did our research of the other companies and their reviews cannot compare to Southern Closets. We used Southern Closets the first time for the entire home, then added a closet in the Master Bath. We knew who to call for the second time, and it was not Ghostbusters. It was Southern Closets. We had the same person do the estimate the second time because he was a shinning star that I wish would be available for any remodel. The installers were top of the line. “I moved to the Winter Haven area about 2 ½ years ago. I downsized from a large house to a condo and, shortly after the move, also lost my Mother. I am normally a very organized person, but found myself overwhelmed with tons of boxes of paperwork and items that I had not yet found the time or energy to unpack. I really needed help going through everything this time. I’m so glad I found Nicole. She is truly a lifesaver. I immediately felt at ease with Nicole, as if we had known each other for years. She is very professional and trustworthy, but more importantly, she is kind and non-judgmental. She focuses on the task at hand and doesn’t get sidetracked. She helps you put systems in place to get organized and stay organized. Our first project was to tackle the office and all that paperwork. Nicole quickly helped me sort through TONS of boxes of paperwork – both mine and my Mother’s. We organized all the documents and office supplies and set up a complete filing system. We have completed projects in other areas of the house as well, including several closets and storage areas. We have made tremendous progress and I plan to continue having Nicole assist me with the remainder of my projects until everything is complete. “While interviewing realtors to help get my vacation condo listed and sold, it was suggested that I make several changes to make it more competitive with the other properties in the area. I am not a person who likes change and I was not sure which suggestions were really necessary. I decided to hire a professional stager to work with me in making my condo more marketable. I hired A Staged Home because of their experience buying and selling property and their track record in staging homes to get them sold quickly. Karen came in and gave me lots of great advice on how to improve the design by using everything I already owned and updating my furnishings to update them on a budget. She added a few accessories only where needed to give the condo a refreshed and newer feel. She also stressed the importance of fixing the minor maintenance issues and de-cluttering so that buyers could see the space and not my stuff. I had a hard time trusting that the changes would make a difference, but they absolutely made a big difference in how competitive the condo became. The proof is that we listed the condo after we completed the staging and received 2 good offers within 3 days of it going on the market. Staging worked for me and I would definitely recommend Karen and A Staged Home.”
