“As a small business in Bloomington, Indiana, we were planning to relocate our Headquarters to a 40 acre rural location on the west side of town. After spending a great deal of time and money on site development, architecture and engineering we needed to find a HVAC contractor. Being a green business, we were interested in utilizing many of the present green technologies available for our heating and cooling needs.
