“Working with Glen has been a great experience. First, he answers my call immediately. I did not find his company until 5 other companies had not answered my calls after 5 days. Secondly, Glenn came to my house same day and had a great personality, concerned about the water that had leaked into my home and the damage it caused on both floors. He then climbed onto the 2 story roof and spent about 20 minutes looking everywhere and taking pictures to show me his explanation. In my particular case he found significant hail damage which occured over a long time. He then explained that this "may" be an insurable loss and what I should say to my insurer so they would send an adjuster to review. When the adjuster gave me an appointment, Glenn made sure that he was here so he could review the results with the adjuster. I have been completely supported by Glenn's experience and agreed to have him perform the complete replacement on both of my buildings. Unfortunately, we have had rain everyday for several weeks and it was impossible for Glenn to accurately know when to schedule the work. As it turned out, he started on a clear day with a good forcast for the 2 day project. However, with the house thoroughly exposed at 3:00 pm a thunderstorm popped up. First of all, his crew took their job seriously and stayed on the 12x12 pitch roof for 3 hours in the rain, trying to secure the house. In the meantime, Glenn bought a 40x80 tarp to cover the entire house. The weather wasn't his fault but his response to it was astonishing and very considerate. In the end, the 65 square job was completed in 2 days. And I was thoroughly pleased. As an adjunct, I was able to get 2 other quotes on the project and was pleased to find there was only a 4% variance among them. I strongly endorse this company.”
