“Great service and knowledge. Patrick was very helpful when we were searching for a hot tub for our home. They stand behind the products they sell by performing all the warranty work. Will test water samples from your pool or spa to determine what chemicals are needed to make it right. Very happy with my hot tub.”

“I made the mistake of buying my hot tub online, expecting reasonable support/assistance if I encountered any issues. Mistake! I SO wish I had just bought my unit from these guys. Even though I did NOT buy my unit from them, Bob (service manager, I think) was absolutely awesome. It was clear to me that he cared and wanted to help me get my issue resolved. He sent a VERY experienced, professional, courteous and OUTSTANDING tech (Keith) out to assess the issue. Within 5 minutes, he had figured out the problem and had the tub working (WITHOUT having to replace any parts!). I am SO apptreciative for the support and help from these guys in Lynchburg. Highly recommend them for your business. Thank you! Kevin”
