“This is my go to contractor. In 2007 they did a new roof, structural hurricane reinforcements to roof and installed hurricane shutters. They also upgraded my insulation in a flat roof area and redid that roof area too. Great crew and work quality. Since then, they put all new windows in my Mom's condo and installed a new front screen door and shower grab bars. This past month I had LED over-the-counter lights installed in my kitchen and a garbage disposal with added electrical service for both. As always, the crew is very professional and the work done is high quality. I am now working on remodeling my bathrooms and laundry room.”

“While looking for someone to supply me Zoysia for my new lawn, I ran across Big Earth. They didn't end up being the cheapest solution I found, but they were the ONLY ones that actually came out to look at the property. They provided a quote and followed up with me a few days later. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, they were very responsive and set up installation of sod within two days. The installers showed up on time and were very polite and professional. I then. Got a follow up phone call and email to make sure I was happy with the grass (which I am). I give these guys two thumbs WAY up.”

“Tyler and his crew installed my paver driveway in November of 2014. It was done so well and it's so beautiful, I had him back this summer to do some paths, flower bed borders, and a patio in my back yard. As before, he was there to get the project started and he was there at the end of the day to see how it went and/or if something came up. He is a hands-on boss and he's done when the client is satisfied, and not before......He is accountable, returns all calls, and if he's to be late, he calls ahead. The project was on schedule and right on the money. He really understands how to be a business man. I have a few more such projects in mind, and Tyler and his company will be the ones I'll use again and again. He's getting busy, and it's easy to see why. He gets the highest rating. I've recommended him to others already.”

“We hired JR Pavers to resurface our 1,500 sf pool deck. They turned a dismal concrete slab into our own backyard oasis! For this reason, and the ones listed below, we are very happy to give them our highest recommendation. Customer Service: Lindsay from JR Paving was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. She promptly came to our house, took accurate measurements, answered all of our questions, then provided us with an accurate quote. Scheduling: Materials for the job were ordered on the day we approved the proposal. They were delivered on time and the work started on schedule. The entire job was finished earlier than we expected. Quality of Work: Carlos and his crew displayed an attention to details so often lacking in many of today’s contractors. They took painstaking efforts to make sure the patio had the right pitch and drained correctly. Intricate cuts were made to ensure the paving stones wrapped neatly around support columns, drain grates, and electrical equipment. “Craftsmanship” is not a term often used today but it best describes JR Pavers’ performance. Cleanliness/Respect for Personal Property: The crew from JR Pavers staged their equipment and materials so neither would be in our way or damage our personal property. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in as good a shape as they found it. Conclusion: Every aspect of JR Pavers was a pleasure to deal with. “Our paver sealing project was going to be a challenge for Tropical Paver Sealing right from the start. Our patio is at the back of our condominium at the end of our living room. The only entrance and exit point was through our front door, off the common area of the carpeted corridor to our first floor unit. This is opposed to driving up to a house, bringing power-washing equipment up someone’s driveway or through a gate to their backyard or pool area. Our crew, J.C. and Brian were brilliant, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I had laid down some vinyl sheeting so their equipment and tools could be rolled in over the tiled floors and carpet to the sliding glass doors. They worked as a team and it was all the more impressive as it wasn’t just our patio that was going to be cleaned and sealed, but our neighbor’s patios as well, one on either side of ours. The entire project took from 9:30 a.m. until a little after 6:00 p.m. to do 3 separate patios and clean up took less than 10 minutes. Tropical Paver Sealing offered the best price, their well-deserved reputation and a great result! Save yourself the time and trouble of getting 3 or 4 quotes. There is only one game in town and that’s Tropical Paver Sealing! Thank you Amanda, J.C. and Brian!”

“The travertine stone was uniform thickness, big plus. Stone was shipped correctly, no broken tiles. I identified only 4 tiles out of about 93 that couldn't be fully used due to a seam that ran through the tile from back to face, but they were still useful for half tile use (corners, edges, etc). The stone is very beautiful and the color tone of each tile was within an acceptable color tone range based on the samples we were sent. I've read reviews of other suppliers which customers received up to three different color tones. Jay was good to work with, he sent samples after my first inquiry, which helped a lot. Overall communication was good, from inquiry to ordering to shipment status. Note : my project cost is for tile, not entire project.”
