“Best service provider of all I have used, including, but not limited to landscape services. Executive Care builds a relationship with the customer, does not just do the job. Works to understand priorities and needs; listens to suggestions. My property is about one acre. Executive Care has done reasonably extensive re-landscaping to four areas. Total cost ~$70K over three years, 2016-2018. I now use them for annual maintenance.

“So, about a year and a half ago I bought a small house built in 1939. Lots of charm, but the backyard, not so much. Small, nothing but a lawn, tiny little patio cover off the garage, and a big redwood at the corner. Oh, and my neighbors looked right over it from their second floor. I and my house guests would hide under the patio cover to get shade and privacy.
It didn't seem like there was a way to fix all this, but Gary surveyed the yard, its problems and my neighborhood's style. He then listened closely to my concerns and was diligent in understanding my particular likes and dislikes. He came back with three different plans and I liked all of them.
After I committed to a plan, he went to work and each and every member of his crew was friendly and professional during the work. Finished on time and in budget.
And I love my yard! It went from being a sore spot to the favorite feature of my house. Lots of privacy, shade, and visual interest. And a tub with hot and cold water :)

“The work done by Patrick and his team at Equinox Landscape brightens every single day of my life. I love the design, almost entirely suggested by Patrick. I love the quality of the materials and the wokrmanship. We had to modify the project a couple of times while in progress: costs went up too fast once we realized how hard it was to do any digging into the hillside. I also realized I wanted more of a finished look in one area than I had previously indicated. A drought set in and I became concerned about water rationing making it impossible to keep all the projected trees alive. A bobcat attacked my chickens and I changed the design for the coop. So it was an adventure, and in the end there were many changes. The end result though, makes me smile every day.
Please work closely with the team to make sure the cost does not go over budget, but keep in mind that this is not just about how everything looks, but also how meaningful it is to you in the end.”

“I want you to know that I am very happy with the final plant choices. I am not sure how you did it but, some how you were able to decipher what we wanted the end results to be in our yard. Some days I was not sure what we wanted! Our yard is now not only beautiful but, most importantly manageable!!! We no longer have to spend hours weekly trying to maintain the landscape. Instead we now get to spend that time enjoying being outside in our yard.
I really appreciate that you were available to check everything after installation and make appropriate substitutions. You are right it was a learning experience for everyone.
