“I used Local Orange County Movers' services this week to move my 2-bedroom apartment from Newport Beach to Irvine. I can say that these guys know what they're doing – real professionals. They were very polite and friendly, reasonably priced. All my furniture was wrapped with moving blankets and shrink wrap on top of it. The movers were very efficient during the process. “This was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had. From start to finish customer service was spot on. I was frantically calling companies on a Thursday and needed to move out by that Sunday. Every company I called was fully booked and said they were sorry. These guys took their time and did their best to work around what they had available for that weekend and what would best fit me. My appointment is set up (thanks Polly !)and the three guys come on time. Marcus, one of the three movers, was great with communication the whole way. He told me exactly how he was going to move my stuff and was very upfront with me. Also wrapping certain things more carefully per request. The other two movers Donald and Mike were also awesome. They are strong guys who didn't complain that I was moving from a third story apartment to a three story condo. They just started working. Unlike other movers, they might try and hide broken items and what not. Not with these guys. I had a broken chair I wanted to fix and he thought one of the guys broke it and was upfront with me about it. I explained it was already broken but it's nice being able to trust your movers (for once). The guys only took one 5 minute break for a 7 hour job. They were extremely careful with my furniture. And whatever they disassembled they put back together. Hoping I won't have to move soon but if I do or know anyone who might be moving, I'm definitely recommending Safe N Fast Movers. “We took a number of bids from other stair companies and Pike Stair was the only company who said they could do the work we wanted the way we wanted it. Other stair companies "insisted" what we wanted could not be done. In addition, Pike was not the most expensive, and because they said they could do "the impossible", I did have concerns and told the owner about them. He assured me it was going to be done. Once construction began it was discovered my house was not built to code 35 years ago and this caused some problems with installation. In my head I thought, "I knew there were going to be overruns." However, the owner and I discussed the issues and the lack of code was a surprise to him as well as I. We came to a very reasonable agreement on how much extra it was going to cost. I watched on a number of days the work ethic of both Eric Pike and Hanno. I was truly amazed at how hard they worked on such a hard project. Their personal dignity is truly part of the work they do. Doing poor work humiliates them and so they will never allow that to happen even if the "poor work" is in the "eye of the homeowner." I would hire them again and again and attempted to do so, but ran out of money on other improvement projects. When I have the money again I won't even call around as Pike was the only one who wanted to get me what I wanted the way I wanted it. BTW, the stairs came out beautiful. I could not have been more satisfied. In other words they did the impossible for a good price and would not leave a concern unanswered and fixed.”

“We started with UltraGuard about a year and 1/2 ago and have received prompt and professional service from both the head office and the technician who applies the product locally. As an interior design firm, it has proven to be a profitable "up-sell" to offer clients who purchase upholstered pieces through us. The product itself seems to be very effective. We have not had a single complaint from our clients and have also had the sealant applied to pieces in our showroom. We were especially impressed with it's performance on an expensive hand-knotted rug placed in a high-traffic area. It seemed easier to vacuum after the application and a few spills were easily blotted up without leaving a stain.”

“I hired Dave Acevedo Concrete Contractor for a job very few contractors can do. I have an above ground reservoir converted into a pool and needed someone to build a cantilever concrete deck a top of this reservoir. Not only was this a difficult job, but could have turned out very costly and unsatisfactory if done by a less talented contractor. After Dave assured me he can do this job, I'm so glad I went with him! His attention to detail and uncompromising in cutting corners made the deck come out absolutely beautiful. The edge on the cantilever is straight as an arrow with no waves, and the custom thickness of the deck came out perfect! If you review any of Dave's work here on this site, you too will come to realize that Dave is definitely a pro, a one of a kind. And he's true to his motto, a contractor to the stars with no job too big, nor too small. (yes, he has worked at many famous people's houses, talk to him about it when you have him over for a bid, I can't think of a better recommendation than that.)”

“Our interior designer commissioned a custom metal table to be made for our new kitchen. At first the completed table had deep scratches in the metal but after working with SS we determined the scratches could be sanded out. Our table is now in place in our kitchen nook and looks great! We love the unique design and it fits the space perfectly.”
