“When I moved to the area recently, 10 Minute Locksmith was the company that my realtor recommended to come and change all of the locks and install a deadbolt for us. I called them to get on their schedule, and they were really great over the phone; great customer service skills. They were knowledgeable, specific, and best of all, available to come on the afternoon after we closed on our home. I didn't think that the existing locks were as secure as I wanted, so they installed the new lock and knob I bought and helped install those extra security measures that really make the difference in keeping my home secure. They even helped to make extra copies of the keys. I've recommended this company to friends in the area, and from what I heard from my friend, they respond to lockouts INCREDIBLY fast. I'm thrilled I found a good locksmith to call if I need them!”

“For someone who has a tendency to accidently forget and/or lock their keys in just about anything you could think of you'd think by now I would have gotten extra keys made…but I haven't. Instead I end up relying on unreliable locksmiths from whatever part of town I happen to be in, and it takes them so long to get to me that my whole day ends up being wasted, and in a few cases, I had to call in to work and get in trouble for it. Thankfully the last time I locked myself out I happened to call 10 Minute Locksmith Zephyrhills because I was in a hurry and they claimed to be fast; and they ended up being the fastest experience I've ever had. He did a great job, and even said that if I even want to get extra keys made they do that service too, great work from 10 Minute Locksmiths and I'll be calling to get those keys made soon.”

Their customer service was extremely nice and helpful from the start, they gave me a fair quote, then when the locksmith showed up at the appointed time, they took apart the entire mechanism, then decided not to charge because the problem was the door, not the lock.
