“The one tiny issue we had - that I’m only mentioning because of the stand-out way in which it was dealt with - was that our “ticket” was mislaid and when we enquired politely after quite a long wait, the general manager immediately came to our table and held his hands up to what had happened and assured us our meals were now just being plated also saying the error would be reflected in our bill, which we said was really not necessary. It wasn’t that big a deal”
