“We were sceptical about the need for a design architect and worried about the expense. But a couple of our friends reccomended it as we were first time home owners who knew nothing about home renovations. One of our friends used this firm and referred us. We liked the pics of the projects on their website so we called them up. Ida came to our house to look at it, and listened to my husband and my wishes and vision for our new home. We then went to her office for a 2 hour consultation, we didn't take the full service package as they were too busy at that time. She gave us great suggestions which combined our 2 different styles. She also came up with solutions we didn't know were possible and helped us to choose colours and a sensible spacial layout. She hooked us up with a great kitchen planner/builder who did great work and was very fair and reasonably priced. She didn't push a style on us or suggest extra or elaborate work we were not willing to do or able to afford. Ida took away a lot of the guess work and things to consider which we would never have thought of on our own. I'm sure she saved us from many expensive mistakes. We were very pleased and would recommend this firm without reservation. Thanks Ida we love our new home!”
