“Our experience with Nella and her trusted team of professionals has been nothing but amazing. This was the first renovation we ever did, as this is the first time we bought a property. It can be quite daunting to navigate a renovation in a country where you are not native and where regulations, prices for labor, and permits are different from what you know. Nella, however, took away as much stress from the process as possible, which made it possible to focus on the fun things, such as going tile shopping for the custom-designed bathroom with her. We were also pleased with how easily she grasps the style you have in mind and translates that into a design. Nella and Alvaro have a high-quality standard, which goes to show in the delivery of the end product, and they even gave a one-year guarantee for the renovation, where they do touch-ups and fixes if they are needed. Of course, a high-quality standard also means a higher price point, but that is also in relation to the quality you get. Beyond that, Nella was always able to give more budget-friendly options as well (AC, power sockets). Maybe one of the biggest advantages of working with Nella is her level of communication. We always felt like we were up to date on the status of the renovation, and every Friday we got a big update with photos from the site. That was something we looked forward to at the end of the work week. As for the planning, we were able to move into our apartment as we had planned originally. The team did everything they could to accommodate that. Right now, we only have a couple of smaller jobs remaining, which should be completed in the next few weeks. We have already recommended Nella to friends and will likely use her services in the future for the final room to be done, our kitchen! Thanks for everything!”
