“Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got quotes from a wide variety of companies and was very disappointed when so many of them came back significantly over our stated budget. I felt as if some of the companies recognized what this project meant to me and preyed upon my dream in an attempt to increase the budget. Kyle Zimmerman (owner of Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets) didn't play any of those silly games. He quickly understood my vision and respected our budget and timeline. I could tell he was different from the others the first time I met him - his honesty and integrity were apparent in everything he said and did. I'd been dreaming of a fabulous French Country Kitchen for many years and I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Kyle's knowledge, experience and creativity allowed him to come up with some remarkable ideas and suggestions that I'd never even thought of. His input was instrumental in making my dream kitchen even better than I could have hoped. Kyle was intricately involved in every step of the process and he was great at communicating and keeping me up to date. He always seemed to know just what to say to keep me calm and on track as things progressed. As good as Kyle is, he can't do it all by himself. He has obviously taken great care to assemble a group of extraordinary trades people/companies. Everyone working in our home was friendly, professional, hardworking and, quite obviously, among the best in their chosen profession. It's easy to be wonderful when everything is going smoothly, but the real test is how people handle a situation when everything doesn't go exactly as planned. We didn't encounter any major problems, but the few minor glitches we had were handled flawlessly. Kyle's quiet confidence and calm demeanor was really reassuring. When I changed my mind at the last minute on some decorative posts, he carefully explained the additional costs and then he calmly made it happen. I thought he might get annoyed at the last minute change, but his friendly smile never wavered. When I realized I'd taken on too many little projects on my own (in an attempt to save money), he instantly came to my rescue and called people in to finish the work I couldn't do. Overall, I am completely happy with my new kitchen and extremely grateful to Kyle and his team for making my dream come true! They were on-time and very helpful. They even gave me additional input on less expensive, well made cabinets that helped with our budget. She interviewed my wife and I as to our tastes and budget and explained the process she believed would be best for us. “We first used Mary when we remodeled our kitchen about 3 years ago, she did a great job and we loved working with her. She had a lot of creative ideas and was always very helpful. “I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“Ernesto has an artist’s eye for color and detail, and sketched out what each room had the potential to become. He worked with us first on the basics: paint, carpet, and repairs. He then turned his attention to the furniture that would transform the house into a home. His instincts on which color combinations and style of furniture, rugs, and lighting would work best together were unerringly correct.
