“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. I was told by one of the workers in my building that I had the prettiest kitchen in the building. Matthew Walker, the project manager helped me in every way possible. It was a pleasure working with him and I will recommend him to everyone. Definitely 5 stars in every way. elle”

“Our home had significant flood damage in July of last year. We decided to meet with three contractors who could help us assess the impact and advise on next steps regarding insurance. The first two told us the same thing. They explained that while the damage looked and felt significant, no insurance company would ever agree to pay enough to hit our very high deductible. They said that taking our job would be a waste of their time and ours. Because of this we were pessimistic when going into the conversation with the third contractor, Perry from NYTDR. But his attitude was different from the first two companies. After he assessed the damage, he told us he would help us get the coverage we deserved. He helped us negotiate with the insurance company until they rightly agreed to cover more than double our deductible, which paid for everything that we needed to do to get our home to shine like it did before the flood. We were thrilled! We began the work, and we were ready to close this otherwise traumatic chapter of our lives… but at the start of September we flooded again. And this time it was worse. Insurance refused to play ball, but Perry helped us work with them until we got what we deserved. It took a lot of patience as this process lasted a few months, but Perry never let us give up. In the end, we were able to settle with the insurance company at a price that covered all of what we needed. The work that NYTDR did was beautiful. Steve and his team paid attention to every single detail – the craftsmanship is remarkable. Our house feels like a home again and I know that it wouldn’t have happened without NYTDR. Throughout the process everyone at NYTDR was responsive and professional. They hit deadlines and sat through countless conference calls and adjuster meetings. They worked with us to solve any problem until we were satisfied.”

Not only is the Principal, Barry Hefetz a talented, hard working contractor, he is highly intelligent, motivated, honest and fair. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). I highly recommend BC 11 Construction, and hope to work with them again in the near future.”

“Working with Louis and his team from LB General Construction on my apartment renovation was an extremely pleasant process which is quite an unusual statement to make about a contractor. They completely remodeled a NYC apartment including new floors, taking down and replacing doors and walls, entirely new bathroom and kitchen, new electric throughout with panel, new heating and AC and all permits. The quality of the work is excellent and throughout the entire process communication was easy and very timely. All of the workers on the job were polite, nice and extremely tidy. Best of all his prices were reasonable, the job was finished on time and within the original budget agreed at the outset of the project. Finally there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the entire project. At the end of the job, I consider Louis not only a trusted partner on my renovation but almost a member of the family. Beth”
