The result was outstanding. The entire crew from Genesis Brothers was very professional, always on time, and kept a neat construction site. Despite major demoliton, there was minimal disruption to our daily family routine. Genesis Brothers was price competitive and used the highest quality products. “I found Empire Kitchen and Bath as a contractor online. I read the reviews of previous customers and requested an appointment to consider them. The sales associate was on time and professional. I got my drawing and estimate right on time. The quote was very reasonable for the work so I decided to hire them. The customer service from this team has been outstanding. A couple of issues that came up during the job were immediately addressed and corrected as the owner checked in with me periodically. The end work was beautiful and I am very, very satisfied. I would recommend Empire Kitchen and bath to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Jack, Eva, Kelly, and their crew were all great to work with. As soon as I can do my kitchen remodel, I will likely call Empire Kitchen and Bath again for the job.”

“Our home was flooded during Hurricane Irma, and 40% of the house was ruined. We called Kari, and the next day she had a group out here to rip up and out all the yucky walls and carpet, and kitchen and cabinets. We were the first on the block to get the mitigation going and done, so the mold would not take root. Kari used very professional sub contractors that did a superb job of putting our house back together. The choices of tile and cabinets and flooring was high quality and enough choices. She did a good job of narrowing down matching tile and counter. In fact, I have had so many positive comments on the kitchen counter, which I love! The tile guy was an absolute artist about putting our whole kitchen wall up and blending in with an oldish beach house bathroom. Beautiful work! And I told him so! My husband grew up with his dad as a home builder, and he was/is very impressed. The budget was honored and we are extremely pleased with our newish home.”

“Marcel is great. Easy to work with, no surprises. They work hard and don’t waste any time. They are punctual, and clean up after themselves daily. We will have them doing several projects around our house because they are so reliable and they do amazing work. They will do what it takes to do the job right. Price is fair. Highly recommend !”
