“Travis Ketron was the contractor on a remodeling job for us. We enlarged our dining room, added a rear foyer and screened-in porch, replaced our kitchen cabinets and counter tops and had built-in bookcases added to our living room. Throughout the process he and his coworkers were pleasant and considerate (I never heard a raised voice or off-color language) and almost all of them did really excellent work. There were a couple subcontractors whose work was subpar, but Travis worked on resolving those situations to our satisfaction--and since *no* remodeling job ever goes perfectly, I think this characteristic is just as important as the fact that most of the work was done perfectly the first time. We are very pleased with the results and will hire him again.”

“I had worked with a number of contracts prior to selecting Nicklaus Group. There were price bait and switch scams to people just not showing up. There are significantly more disreputable companies than there are reputable so when one is found it is important to share that information. My contact was Brian Wing and he has been phenomenal in walking my wife and I through our remodeling project. Based on prior interactions we did have a very good idea of the changes wanted and had several renderings that provided visuals. The project was discussed in great detail and Brain’s knowledge and experience we refreshing and really brought insight to the finer details that make a significant visual change. We had several exterior walls removed, cistern/patio removed, a covered porch converted to being open with a half barrel ceiling entrance, cedar fencing, new gutters, new cedar deck, new paver patio and house painted. Brian has maintained communication throughout the project and made various changes on the fly that add to the visual value. His pricing was exceptional and his crew is friendly and courteous. They cleaned up each night and worked extremely hard. If you want reliability, quality and fair pricing include Nicklaus Group in the estimation process”

“I asked Veda for help coordinating paint colors, flooring and countertop for a bathroom. I used the Aura paint for spas and bathrooms in Revere Pewter. The countertop was Viatara Aria. Beautiful color combination. The flooring came from a store specializing in tile. I painted the bathroom myself and loved using this paint. Great coverage and not a lot of overspray. I also painted the bathroom vanity which was a huge undertaking for a non professional but it turned out pretty well. Veda did an excellent job helping me with choosing my colors and the bathroom turned out beautifully. We are now working on another project...master bedroom and bathroom!! “So good! The owner John Ricks told me my construction would be stress free and he was right. He took all the stress from me and I just got the enjoyment of renovation. He built an addition on my house of a kitchen, screened in porch and bump out to an existing bedroom. It took approximately 4 months and I have been enjoying it for 4 years now. Such professionals! He has a great crew, they cleaned up every day. He kept me informed of what was going on and made the whole ordeal painless. He brings in a professional cleaner at the end of the project and that was just the cherry on top!!!!”
