“We did a complete renovation of our master bath. Our main goals were to make the room handicapped accessible, easy to clean and to increase shower and vanity space. In order to gain every precious inch, we removed a linen cupboard and stole a foot of depth from the back of our daughter's closet.
We had a variety of specialists in and out of our home. Everyone was courteous and hard-working. No one smoked in or outside of my home and workers cleaned up after themselves every day.
I was kept up to date on each step of the project and never felt as if our job was a lower priority to Dave Fox.
The project is complete and we love the new space! By moving the location of the shower and vanity, the room seems so much larger. We were also able to keep the window, which I had thought we'd lose in order to gain storage. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Fox Home Remodeling.”

“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house.
We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. She had many original ideas that we loved and understood the look that we wanted.
She was very patient with our many questions, making us feel comforted every step of the way. She gave us the details that she knew we needed, knowing that we were detail-oriented customers.
She gave design advice for the function, as well as the aesthetics. We truly got our vintage, original-looking kitchen. It has very high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and design. We decided to use her sub-contractors, since they have worked togethers for many years and work well as a team. They also give the highest quality of work, and knowing that this was the only time that we would be doing this kind of project, we wanted perfection.
We would highly recommend The Kitchen Place to anyone. Many friends, who have come to see our kitchen, are amazed at the transformation. One has recently gone to The Kitchen Place and ordered cabinets, because they were so impressed. We live in a neighborhood of old homes, where many are looking to remodel their kitchen, and I will definitely suggest they take a look at our kitchen and consider The Kitchen Place.”

“We were lucky enough to have Tyler come to our home to help us design our new kitchen. He always arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. Of the professionals we talked with, he was the only one who truly listened to what I was saying I wanted and liked , instead of telling me what I should want and like. I cook and entertain A LOT and Tyler really took that into consideration when making the plans for our space. He had the "anything is possible" attitude, but at the same time really kept our budget in mind, and made amazing plans, so, we went with him. We couldn't have been happier!! We have had terrible experiences in the past with remodeling projects, so we were a bit worried, but Tyler put all of those worries to rest!
His plans were AMAZING! The color scheme I had wanted and LOVED, all soffits removed, plumbing and electrical re-routed, existing lighting removed, new lighting installed (the perfect amount!, I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but he was right!), all appliances moved into much more practical places (and places I would have never thought of), beautiful cabinets (actually gained cabinet space with his design!) with incredible hardware and under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops that completely fit my "wants" that I didn't even know existed (I love quartz but the look of marble, so he found me quartz that looks just like marble,!), an enormous island that is the perfect size (but again I would have never thought I could go that big, but he knew what he was doing!) and an absolutely gorgeous limestone backsplash!! He hit the nail on the head over and over! There wasn't one thing that we wanted to change with his plans! I was shocked! It was even more amazing than we ever thought our outdated and dark kitchen could look! Not only do we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen, he kept us totally in budget and got this big project completed in a VERY timely manner (which was WEEKS faster than the other bids had quoted!). We LOVED working with Tyler and would do it again in a heartbeat!!”

He worked incredibly hard, was flexible with our schedule, was very honest, gave us tips on the DIY stuff, and never tried to convince us to give him parts of the job that we could do ourselves. “This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”
