“May I say that Frank & Toby were very professional in all aspects of the renewal of our kitchen/Lounge with a beautiful Island as you can see in the photographs it is a stunning. We contacted Bagshots for a representative to come out and show us the quality this company was offering. We loved what we saw and thrilled with the results. We couldn't ask for more they cleaned up every evening before leaving, Frank & Toby are perfectionists which shows with the end product. We would recommend Bagshots to all my Family and Friends. Excellent job executed from what our ground floor looked like to now it is Beautiful no regrets at any time. I will attach before & after photos so that you can see the difference its amazing.”

“Andy worked with us over an 18month period to help design and create a fantastic modern family kitchen and utility space. Andy had lot of ideas on layout and helped us navigate through the design process and all the decision making. The kitchen has been professionally fitted to a very high quality and we are really pleased with the final product. The aftercare has also been great whereby any snags have been promptly rectified by Andy and his team. We have recommended to friends and family and would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality kitchen.”

“Happy Kitchens were hired to re vamp my very tired kitchen turning it into a place of joy and happiness!! They replaced some doors, completely changing the surrounds to reflect the new colour and finish, you really cannot tell that they are my old cupboards they are sparkling. Happy Kitchens also added some new cupboards which are beautiful and practical. They integrated a dishwasher and covered my ugly boiler with a lovely cupboard to match the kitchen, this was a transformation. The fitter also worked tirelessly to ensure the finish was absolutely perfect he really went over and above and cannot recommend these guys enough. Ben is lovely to deal with also, so no horrible salesman will call - Just Ben :) I spend more of my time in my kitchen now and saved around £13k vs a quote from a leading DIY store :)”

Our designer kept in regular contact and took in all our requirements to design a kitchen of our dreams. We had quotes from a range of companies but this was by far the best, most bespoke design and an excellent price. A very good experience from start to finish, personalised and professional.”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“We would without a doubt recommend Eco German Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a kitchen at any budget. We did lots of shopping around with what I think was a middle of the road budget. We visited all the big companies and some smaller ones and most of them had pretty similar kitchens in terms of what we were after but the reason we instantly knew we wanted to use Eco German Kitchens was Sabine. I think she's part owner but also top notch kitchen lady, as she was just a total breath of fresh air, which is what we needed when going through the stress of renovating our house and having to make lots of decisions. She was attentive without being pushy and just made buying a kitchen fun. Compared to some of the big companies that kept hounding us about losing the discount that week unless we signed up then and there. Sabine and her team just left us to it with a fixed firm price for when we were ready, and some awesome advice on making our kitchen even better than we hoped. She had proper advice and would hilariously tell us if she didn't think something would work. An example of this was our modern kitchen choice with white shiny doors. We couldn't decide on a work top and Sabine suggested this matt grey work top which just finished the whole thing off. Together we decided on the best design for the space we had, and when we decided to move our kitchen to a whole different room that was no trouble, and we started again. Sabine personally liased with our builder when there was a problem with the length of our breakfast bar and has helped us with any issues we've had since it's fitting - we had a very squeaky dishwasher door that has now been fixed. Although we could have got a very similar kitchen from elsewhere at a similar price I know we'd never had the personal customer support right from the start to the finish and beyond that we've had as a result of using Eco German Kitchens. They also respected our budget, which we kept to, and didn't push us in to spending more than we wanted to. Working with Sabine and the team was definitely one of the better parts of a house renovation ;-) Thanks Eco and especially Sabine. Sophie”

“Jeremy designed and fitted a new bathroom for us in January 2016. This was an extensive change to the bathroom – involving stripping everything out of the room, re-plumbing the bathroom components to new locations and re-decorating. We’re very happy with our finished bathroom – the quality of the design, fitting and components in excellent – like something from a posh hotel room! Jeremy’s design makes impressive use of the available space – we previously just had a shower over the bath and now have a separate walk-in/wetroom-style shower and a large roll-top bath in the same space, without the room feeling cramped or compromised in any way. Jeremy designed our bathroom and managed the fitting – including: - Working with us to agree the layout in detail (walking through it in the room and providing diagrams) - Helping select materials and fittings - Arranging logistics such a certifications, skip hire, permits etc - Ordering the materials and fittings and all other supplies - Engaging builders, plasterers, plumbers and electrician - Managing the fitting, decoration and finishing - Aftercare: including walking us through how to use all the components and even touching up the paint when we had a small water leak (caused by a problem unrelated to the work on the bathroom) The bathroom was completed in the agreed timescales and to a very high standard. I believe Jeremy always works with the same tradespeople to fit the bathrooms – they were all very polite and tidy while fitting the bathroom and Jeremy was to hand to sort out any queries or minor issues. We are pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend Jeremy for bathroom projects.”
