“I bought a house that was almost 60 years old. Besides requiring new wiring and plumbing, the bathrooms were both ugly and functioned poorly. I hired on the ball because they had redone the bathrooms in my previous residence and I had been very happy with the results.
They worked well with a team of guys to bring my house up to livability and secured all correct council permissions for me to install a bathroom in my basement which was to become my studio. One of On the Balls great strengths is that they pays attention not only to the functionality of the spaces they alter but to the aesthetics and to small details that could easily be overlooked.
The main bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Shane knocked out the linen closet next to it creating much more space and a perfect place for the bathtub. He installed a heater and good lighting. Again, because i am short, he installed the shower at a height that works for me. Besides the fittings the advice on selecting everything from flooring, to tiles to tubs and sinks has been invaluable.
Shane and James have good taste combined with his sensitivity to my needs, extensive knowledge of materials and processes and his ability to think outside the box have created a home I love to live in and inviting to my friends. Thanks guys”

“Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period.
We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project.
When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage.
Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas.
The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to.
The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked.
Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises.
The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house.
I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come.

“Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable.
The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard.
I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”
