“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“We LOVE our new shower and bathroom floor! I called several contractors to get a quote on this job. Some never showed up. Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. He helped with the tile selection and made the process enjoyable. He said the job would take one week and it did. His men were very courteous and respectable of our home. They showed up on time everyday. They worked hard and were very particular and precise with their work, always cleaning up at the end of the day. If I needed to call Roger, he would either take my call or tell me he would call right back- and did!! My husband and I would highly recommend Roger and Best Deal Building and Bath. We will definitely use them for any future remodeling needs! Ralph and Lisa”

“From design to completion, S&S Homes does fabulous work. We contacted Tony in 2018 regarding a renovation project which required major construction. Oftentimes, projects like this are tough, especially living in the space while the renovation is in process, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. “This company was helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable but willing to try a new flooring product in a new way. Job looks fantastic and was finished in a timely manner, and of course was brought in under budget which is always wonderful. Mr Kelly, Linda, Clarence, Paul and James were all especially helpful. This was a two part job remodel the kitchen and repair and upgrading of basement damaged in 2014 flooding my area endured.”

“MainStreet Design Build is an extremely talented and professional firm. That's our kitchen in the Baldwin picture. Our craftsman style house was built in 1922. We love it for all of the woodwork and charm inside. We therefore needed a company that would respect and complement the historic style of our home, but update the kitchen with more space and ammenities for the way we function as a family today (kitchens were very small back in 1922!). We got all of that and more. We have incredible cabinetry with custom wood work and we love our eat in area. The kitchen totally flows with the rest of our home, but really is our crown jewel. We still "WOW" friends when they walk into the kitchen - it is absolutely beautiful and timeless and I wouldn't change a thing. MainStreet's incredible vision and their attention to detail are their greatest assets. From the beginning of the project until the end, the MainStreet staff was engaged and focused on us as the customer. We highly recommend MainStreet and would hire them again in a second - they truly are experts at what they do! ”

“Completely gutted kitchen and one bathroom. Updated master and half bath. Wonderful company! Contractor/owner, Virgil, is honest and very particular about job being done and monitors closely. The tradesmen were outstanding. Beautiful work and very respectful of our home keeping it as clean as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better finished product. We would recommend this company to anyone. Might I add that we got three bids on our project. Kitchen Expo was not the least expensive but were the most professional and promptly responded to every question we had during our decision process. Cudos to Sandy also who gives a great, warm first impression when you walk the the showroom.”
