“Todate it has been a 10 month journey with ID Tricia since we 1st met up in Yang's Inspiration Design Office in Sept 2024. We decided to sign up with Tricia as we felt her pleasantness and her knowledge of work, in addition to the fact that Yang's is a Casetrust company. Tricia took time and patience in listening to our ideas, walked us through the design concept, made interesting and useful proposals without forcing them upon us. We adopted some of her interesting proposals. She would make changes willingly in accordance to our wishes. During the whole renovation period we did not have to worry as Tricia was fully involved in the whole process, including liaising directly with installer of airconditoners and blinds, and even arranged for the deliveries of various equipments as needed. She was responsive to messages even on weekends. When the work by the contractor did not meet up to her standard she ensured that it was re-done to her satisfaction, as such we were totally chilled when the completion of the bifold wooden door was delayed. As we settled into our new home we would like to say : "Thank you Tricia for a stress free journey."”

“Looking for a good ID in such a overpopulated industry is truly the toughest part of the renovation process. Thankfully for us, we were put in touch with Jing Yi. She understood our requirements and was able to execute it flawlessly. With Jing Yi managing the entire project, there was little to no hiccups throughout the renovation process. In fact, contrary to the horror stories we read online with inexperienced IDs, nothing of that sort happen to us. And the best part of it all, she has absolutely good knowledge on the MUST DO for resale homes. For example, she told us to change our aircon pipes and thankfully we did. Highly recommended”
