“I have used Pro Plumbing, and owner, Matt Forbotnick for several projects. He installed a water heater late on a Friday to be sure I had hot water for the weekend and did not charge me when I ordered the wrong size and he had to pick up another one on his way (and return the first one he paid to be delivered so he could start the job sooner). When my old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he gave me great info on what to select/not select at the store so I got the exact style I wanted with the quality a professional would choose. He also replaced a toilet with one he selected and delivered himself. It is a highly rated toilet yet his price was very reasonable. (It is the best functioning one in the house). He also had the attention to detail to ask for my preference on color of the caulk. He is always clean, friendly and I am always comfortable with him in my home. I plan to renovate the master bathroom and will be calling him for that job, too.”

“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

I really thought I was going to have to replace the point driven well again but to my surprise, within a short time I had water again and they didn't have to replace anything. “After experiencing many disappointments with hired contractors, I can happily and whole heartedly recommend James Carboni plumbing and heating for your needs. They were professional, showed up when they said they would, and the price I was quoted was the price I payed. They converted our heating system from oil to gas, and installed a tankless hot water heater and central air. The work was performed efficiently and they were very knowledgable, answering all our questions. Office manager Robin prepared all the necessary paperwork for our energy rebates, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of the conversion.”

“I live in a condominium and needed a plumber for a small repair (a leaky tub faucet). Dreyer was one of only two plumbers that returned my call. The other plumber wasn't interested in "small jobs". The plumber from Dreyer was professional, efficient, friendly and affordable. I recommended them to the condo association and now they are the plumber for the complex where I live.
