“We began working with Cheryl on plans for our vacation home when we originally hired her as an architect. After taking the plans to several builders, her company as well, her bid was competitive and we felt she would do best at building our vision of our home. Cheryl's team worked through this horrible past winter and our house was pretty much finished on time with little issues. We enjoyed working with Cheryl and her team and are very happy with their finished product. At the end of the build we really appreciated Cheryl's willingness to respond to our schedule needs and overall understanding of how everyone was impacted by this winter. We would recommend CL Design-Build for architectural plans and construction.”

“BJ built my home in Bloomington, IL. He has an outstanding reputation so I was excited to work with him during the process of building a home for the first time. He us honest, trustworthy, detail oriented, and has a solid background. He has an eye for beautiful craftsmanship and sticks by his work. He also finds way to work within your budget. We have moved out of our beautiful home due to relocation. Our house continues to be adored by others. If only he built houses in other states!”

“O'Neal Builders was a pleasure to work with--from start to finish. We hired this firm to build our house and could not be happier with our choice. JIm O'Neal has assembled a wonderful staff. Jim and his staff were always available for questions and/or concerns. Craftsmanship is key with O'Neal. We were delighted to work with their designer, Amy. She led us through the maze of selection meetings so that we were never overwhelmed by the amount of choices necessary for an entire house. She helped us to stay in our budget, while offering suggestions on available options. We always appreciated her suggestions for "more affordable options" that looked fantastic. We can't wait to move into our new home!”
