Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. She took the time to ask the right questions and really listen to my husband and I as we described what what most important to us. Her designs maximized space, minimized unnecessary expense and transformed our house (built in the 1980's) into a fresh and modern home. When it came time to decorate, she selected furniture and accents that fit our design aesthetic and more importantly our lifestyle. “After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB.
The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had.
Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work.
I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside.
Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet.
I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home.
