“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “Work was completed in my kitchen - removal of one wall and existing floor (3 different types); reconstuction of pantry; installation of new 3 drawer cabinet, new floor, countertop, back splash, and new lighting. MW Construction management and staff were very professional and courteous. The staff came as scheduled and management kept me appraised of progress throughout the project. Management personally helped with my selection of flooring, countertop, and back splash; and I received contractor pricing even though I personally paid for the items separately (no overhead added for MW Contruction). Items in and around contruction zone were protected throughout the project and construction area was cleaned up at the end of each work day. The end result is beautiful and of high quality. I would recommend MW Construction Services, LLC., to anyone and everyone.”

“Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. Professional staff with great service. I do recommend them for anybody looking to do work on their homes.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Jean and Jeff of Southern Image Design Builders on a screened enclosure on my home. It wasn't just any screened enclosure - it was an A-frame design with a tower leading to a spiral staircase down to our first-floor. They were wonderful to work with -- on time, on budget, with many excellent suggestions on design features from Jean. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

“We have had DuBro design and execute two projects for us. The first project was a complete basement remodel, including a family room, extra bedroom, storage room, full bathroom, and beautiful laundry room, which cost $80K+ and was completed in March 2012. The second project was a complete remodel of a small bathroom with shower, and a partial remodel of the kitchen, which cost $25K+ and was completed in March 2013. DuBro is a design-build firm with creative architects that work closely with the owner to develop a design that meets the owner's functional and aesthetic goals; and an execution team that works efficiently and competently to produce a high quality product. Both teams listened and responded to our feedback throughout the project to ensure that the final product met our expectations. We really appreciated the creative solutions that the design team came up with to add interesting elements to the design, address space issues, and suggest finishes that really made each part of the two projects stand out as unique works of craftsmanship. We would recommend DuBro to anyone looking for a professional and talented design-build remodeling contractor.”

We had been searching for a contractor to diagnose and repair some major structural problems when we got referred to Kingston. From our first meeting and throughout the following fifteen months they handled every aspect of the job with honesty, integrity and skill. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and every unforeseen event, no matter big or small, was dealt with care and consideration. Recently I recommended Kingston to a friend. She had gotten many estimates for her job, and then received one from Kingston as well. The advice I gave her sums it up best. I told her, " whatever happens during the project, Kingston's priority will be your 100 percent satisfaction every step of the way.”

We have renovated other area's of our home in the past and have never had a truly pleasurable experience like we did working with Character.
