“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. “I stumbled across the Cypress Hill website when I was looking for a builder. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Cypress Hill Development. Dan Buie of Cypress Hill built a new home for me and I could not be happier with the process and the result. I have three words to describe my home: quality, quality, quality. The quality of the construction at every point was superb. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, personable, and enthusiastic. Not only is he organized and knowledgeable, but he is very much on top of the budget issues. His background in accounting really comes into play because managing the costs is a challenge. I came into the process knowing virtually nothing; Dan took the time to educate me. He helped me use my limited funds in the most effective manner. He understands the needs of families, but also has an excellent sense of how to put lasting value in a home. His sense of design is flawless -- you won't need an interior designer. “We began working with Cheryl on plans for our vacation home when we originally hired her as an architect. After taking the plans to several builders, her company as well, her bid was competitive and we felt she would do best at building our vision of our home. Cheryl's team worked through this horrible past winter and our house was pretty much finished on time with little issues. We enjoyed working with Cheryl and her team and are very happy with their finished product. At the end of the build we really appreciated Cheryl's willingness to respond to our schedule needs and overall understanding of how everyone was impacted by this winter.
