“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“Last year we employed GE Construction Ltd to build a kitchen extension and patio area, and I must say we are delighted with the end result. Gary Earp wasn’t known to us before we employed him and from his very first visit it was very obvious to us that he was very professional, had very high standards and high expectations from his team. We discussed our plans in depth and everything went like clockwork under Gary’s supervision. We were initially worried about having a team of tradesmen around the house for three months however it was no problem at all. The team arrived promptly at 8.00 am every day and left at 4.30 pm leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no smoking on site and no bad language. His team were very polite, considerate and conscientious taking great pride in their work. Gary was always around and was happy to help with any queries that we had and to advise us on any issues that arose during the project. Since the extension was completed Gary has been back to check that everything is o.k and for piece of mind we know he is only a phone call away. I don’t think we could have chosen a better company than GE Construction Ltd to build our new kitchen and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. Thank you Gary and all your team for everything you have done for us.”

“I used Le Roi and his team for my extension project. Le Roi helped us with the overall design of our extension right down to the details of where sockets, spot lights and light switches would be located and took our project from the initial drawings and designs all the way through to managing the build and making sure that everything was signed off correctly in regards to planning permission, structural calculations and building control. “Can’t recommend this company enough, from the initial home visit to the showroom design meeting then the installation it was perfect. Shay and his team are so professional and attention to detail and ensuring the customer is happy is clearly important to them all. Our installers George & Luke were amazing - great work and clean and tidy and stayed until the job was done each day. Compete process of taking out original bathroom and installing new one was a week. Great work and added benefit was they were at least 1/3 cheaper than other quotes any higher quality products.”
