Despite opting for the digital package; as I was local, I was offered a face-to-face consultation with her, adding a personal touch to the experience. Haley's ability to grasp my vision and truly understand my preferences set the tone for a collaborative partnership. What stood out to me was Haley's attention to detail and her commitment to tailoring the design to reflect my personality. The initial spaces were dark and lacked character, but with Haley's expertise, they have been infused with warmth, style, and a touch of my own identity. One of the most valuable aspects of the service was the comprehensive package I received. Haley provided a thoughtfully curated colour palette, a mood board that perfectly captured the desired ambiance, and a detailed shopping list encompassing everything needed to bring the concept to life. “Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“We purchased 35sq m of thin reclaimed York stone flags from Ribble Reclamation last year for our Kitchen floor. We have a traditional house with a modern kitchen. We visited the yard to view various types of stone laid and decided to go for a mixture of grey and buff stone. It was definitely worth a visit as we changed our mind of which type of stone to go for after seeing it laid. There were lots of other interesting things in the yard, we also came away with a vintage cast Iron postbox. The flags were sent with a plan for laying which our builder said was very useful. Unfortunately one the pieces of stone arrived cracked, but Ribble sent a replacement stone which arrived next day. We would definitely recommend Ribble .”

“I used Tom and Chris for my new extension to my bungalow. From the very first meeting with them to signing off the job I could not praise their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and general “can do attitude” high enough. They put my mind at ease, explaining building terms and what everything meant. Whenever they said they were coming they did, they kept me totally up to date with all aspects of the work and never, ever let me down. I live alone and it’s the first time I have ever done anything to my house on this scale and they totally put my mind at rest throughout the project which I think is very important. They kept everything on time and there were no nasty surprises with the budget (which to me is very important). I would not hesitate to recommend C T Joinery & Developments to anyone, in fact I already do, to all of my friends and family! Great job well done lads. You deserve the 5 stars! Thank you!!”

“After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”

“As we live in a conservation area, we needed planning permission for the renovations to our extensive garden. This was far from a simple task, but Adam and Ben form Aperto/Square Yard (along with their recommended planner) held our hands through the whole process and made this an almost enjoyable experience. We are thrilled with our finished garden design which perfectly matches the design brief we initially gave them. We are particularly happy with the bespoke Cubic outdoor kitchen and pergola that Aperto designed and supplied to us - We haven't cooked inside all summer! We can't recommend Aperto enough, brilliant service and the premium finish to our garden and outdoor kitchen is beyond what we could have hoped for!”
