Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. “We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“We hired Bryan to remodel our outdated kitchen. We got several estimates before deciding on Bryan's company. He gave us a written estimate, as well as a detailed step-by-step timeline of when the work would be performed and who would be doing the work. He has a competent project manager who came by at least twice a week to check on the work, and to see if we had any concerns or issues. If for some reason something was delayed Bryan himself called us to explain the delay and to give us a completion date. He helped us design our space and gave us information on where to shop for cabinets, appliances, tile, granite, etc. He worked with us each step of the way. His entire team is professional and respectful of your wants and individual circumstances. A few months after the job was completed we had a concern about something so we contacted Bryan. He came out with his project manager to talk with us, and the very next day he sent one of his best employees out to take care of our concern. He stands by his work no matter the issue or time lapsed from completion of the project. We were very happy with with the job and have been loving our new kitchen.”

“We live in River Plantation Condominiums and we and many others were hit by the big flood a few years ago. Pat came through and offered to help restore our kitchen with a full line of cabinets. He cut out the middle man and we were able to purchase at wholesale. The first cabinets were not delivered to Pat on time and he went to another mfg. with a better grade of cabinets and the same price. He drove to the plant and picked them up and delivered them and had his men install them on time as promised. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything... and we were! I highly recommend Pat. He is honest, trustworthy and will always deliver more than promised.”

“If I could give the Wills Company 10 stars, I would. There is no weak link in the chain at the Wills Company. Everyone from the principals to the project manager to the handyman service coordinator to the accounting office does their job with professionalism, extreme attention to detail and reliability. My husband and I spent nearly two years planning for and executing on the renovation of an old house. We wanted to bring the house into this century without losing any of its charm. Ridley Wills created a vision for the remodeled house that preserved the history of the house but made it work for a young family. Now that we are finished with the renovation, the Wills Company helps us maintain our house through their impeccable handyman service. I find that someone from the Wills Company is at my house at least once a week, making sure the air ducts are cleaned properly, that any peeling paint is touched up, that leaks are repaired quickly. I even call on them to hang heavy mirrors or arrange for the windows to be washed. It's like having a full time super at my house!”

“Steve was hired to provide construction management and oversite for a $3.6 million, 25,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Minnesota that was contracted with a large established EPC contractor. Steve found numerous budget savings, provided technical advice and was very helpful in solving several issues that came up in the process and was instrumental in bringing the project in under budget. I would highly recommend Steve, he is extremely detailed in his approach and analysis and proficient at identifying and more importantly providing solutions issues before they become serious problems.”
