“We have a semi-unique situation at our recreational property. It is so remote that it is difficult to get ANY contractor to come up there. But I heard about Dale from another resident and contacted him. He was available to come up within a couple days! He owns a place close to where we are and knows the area well. He took a look at the generator and proceeded to methodically go through the system and find the simple fix to get it back up and running. At that point, it was also clear we needed it serviced. So, he came back prepared the next week and had it done in short order. I didn't even have to make the trip! He's such a personable guy and we felt so comfortable, that we had them come to our home and do some work, as well as give us an estimate on further work. His staff are wonderful, roundly and capable. We have enjoyed this new relationship and will continue with it in the future.”

The power had went out in half of my house and Derrick was able to asses and fix the issue within two hours of his arrival. I was so happy with the bill I recieved, it was only $300. “we hired Epic Electric on a recommendation, for a small electrical job in our house. Ever since then Steve, the owner, has been the person we call for any electrical issues. He completely wired our barn in ways that I never even thought of which made it much more user friendly. We did a major remodel and he replaced our old panel which was outdated and kept tripping. The new one works great. In our kitchen he installed lighting under the cabinets which I just love. Makes such a difference. I wanted a new plug for a freezer in our basement that I didn't have to worry someone would unplug the freezer when I was gone--not a big job but he got it done quickly and didn't put it off--I think that was January 2015 or maybe February. I like the fact that he doesn't mind small jobs but is very capable to handle any big jobs and that he offers alternatives that make sense. I admit I am over fussy about what subs do in my house--he is always respectful, keeps things clean and neat. During some of the times he had a key to our house. We were traveling quite a bit and never had to worry about what he was doing. On a personal level--my husband finds him hilarious. Would and have recommended him without hesitation.”
