“Knowledgeable, efficient service that goes above and beyond what's expected: We liked Premier AV Designs so much we hired them twice. The first time they installed an in-ceiling Sonos speaker system in 5 rooms of our house, wall mounted our existing TV and installed a speaker system for it. This was during a much larger renovation of our house so the team had to work closely with our general contractor and adhere to his schedule. They inserted themselves into the process without causing any disruption, we got exactly what we asked for, and it still works perfectly a year later. The owner was very knowledgeable and able to discuss all the technological options available, but there was no pressure to buy things we didn't need and everything was tailored to the size of the rooms and our budget. The installer has also been available for multiple follow ups after the install, including driving over late on a Friday night when we couldn't get the volume to work on the newly installed TV (it was our fault of course). We had such a good experience the first time that when we wanted to install a basement home theater this year, AV Designs was the obvious choice. Once again, we had a long talk about what we wanted, what would work with our space and what our budget was. Every detail was covered, from discussions on the ideal height of the TV to adjusting the lighting in the room for ideal viewing. Once we had a design and agreed on the quote, the installation crew was here in under a week and have done another fantastic job, exactly on budget and on time as always.”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy.
