“I recently used Nifty to add some striplights on my stairs steps, spotlights under my stairs and a Nest thermostat which was linked up to my Alexa. The work was carried out by a pleasant installer called Curtis. The work carried out is very neat, works as expected and was tidied up thoroughly on completion. “The Hestia guys have worked on a number of projects at our home. They are reliable, knowledgeable, quick to respond and will always find a solution no matter how seemingly bewildering the technical problems sometimes encountered. On one memorable occasion, our intelligent lighting system went down late one night. Pasha drove up to Manchester from The Midlands the same night to figure out what was going on. It was painstaking work and nothing seemed to make sense. Pasha didn't give up and found that my small child had connected two data points together with a wire for no apparent reason! I have worked with many tradesmen over the years and you really discover their worth when things get complicated. The Hestia Guys are up there with the best.”

“NPIT are a very proactive and thorough organisation who are very knowledgable in this very growing industry of audio/visual and home security installations. As project designer and manager of developments in the leisure and luxury housing sector I feel confident using the services of this professional company. “A few months ago my relatives house got burgled, after hearing his experience I came to the realisation that everything I own and cherish is located within my house. When I thought about this and how my partner and children would feel in the house of we ever did get burgled I took the decision to properly secure my home. We already had an alarm but I think most experienced thieves know most people don't arm them at night so I thought we should have some camera's if for nothing else but to discourage potential burglars. I took the recommended route; got 5 quotes from firms in the area, listened to what they had to say and what they could do for us. I chose IM Electrical as it was clear that the boys had done this before and knew what they were talking about. They suggested new ideas that other firms didn't and the price was reasonable compared to others as well. The boys gave me a date when they could start, a clear quote that I could understand for all the work and informed me throughout the job what they were doing or about to do. They even cleaned up after themselves which you can't say for every company that you invite into your home. They updated my alarm and made it easier to alarm at night and installed a 4 camera CCTV set. I can now check that the house is OK when I'm away or check who's at the door late at night. They finished exactly when they said they would and I only paid what the quote said. I was extremely pleased with IM Electricals work and would recommend them to everyone, I now feel a lot safer in my home, money well spent!!”
