“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. I would recommend Eagleview Construction to anyone who’s looking to undertake any project as you are guaranteed to have positive results”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“The entire life cycle of the project with Proof Contracting from quotation, to project close-out was exceptional. Renovation included full demolition and upgrades to upstairs bathroom ensuite and main floor laundry room. Adam was patient and professional throughout our many changes and provided prompt pricing as requested. Quotations were always well detailed and provided clear visibility to our many pricing options. Mobilization and planning included extra thought and care to protect our existing flooring by placement of floor coverings, and plastic barriers were installed to prevent dust from becoming airborne within the house. Demolition was fast which limited the construction debris to a short timeline. Materials and tools were always stored in an orderly fashion to prevent any tripping hazards or safety risks during non-working hours. Material deliveries were well organized to prevent any construction delays, and project was completed as per forecasted schedule. Selected Subcontractors were also professional and provided an excellent final product. The final renovation results exceeded our expectations and we have already contacted Proof Contracting for their second renovation project in our house!”

“Nick Savauge is exactly what you want in a contractor. He listens carefully to what you want, provides you confidence that he will figure out how to turn it into a reality, and his handshake is as good as any contract you could put in place. As our kitchen renovation got underway and the scope of the project grew, at no point did he say he couldn’t do anything. He was able to deliver on everything. Prior to picking a contractor, numerous friends and colleagues shared nightmare stories about their renovations and the complications they came across with the work and their contractor which made me nervous. I know that I am a challenging customer. My expectations are very high and I can be very demanding when it comes to quality. I was worried about our renovation and what might go wrong. Was the project done on time? No. Was the project without complications? No. However, the one thing that I absolutely have to praise Nick for was his ability to put the customer first. When things were encountered he was quick to acknowledge them and fix them. At no point did he try and convince me to settle for the current state of things. He always found a way to make things right and give us the kitchen we envisioned. You can put your trust in Nick to make good on his word. At the end of the day, that’s really what I believe people should look for in a contractor. Someone who you can share your vision with, trust implicitly to execute the plan, and have your best interest in mind throughout the project. “We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”
