“Ric Rutherford is the owner of his company. We hired him, along with two other firms, to give us an estimate for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Ric was professional, friendly and easy to work with.We had a great idea about what we wanted to do, but Ric had some more ideas and really helped us to realize our vision for the space. We decided to table the complete work until next year, and hired his firm to do a couple of small jobs on the bathrooms, really to see his work ethic. The jobs were done to a high standard with respect for the space. There was a small accident in which a nightstand was damaged by a falling piece of lumber, and Ric took the nightstand and had it completely repaired in a timely manner. We plan to hire Ric and his company next spring to do the kitchen and master bath, and will enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone needing a remodel.”

The process was easy, efficient, & professional; in the 2 years since I have been in the house, minor fixes were quickly corrected! It is well built! Their interior decorators, cabinet makers, tile company, & appliance company are excellent!”

“We hired All Trades Construction to put in our fireplace in our new home. The job they did was outstanding. From start to finish the job was done in five days. The precision of getting the fireplace in and having my existing curio cabinets fit was amazing. It was a well coordinated job to having all the different trades come in to do their job, from the Plummer to the drywall to the texturing of the walls to the paint. Kurt and team went out of the way to make you pleased from start to finish. I have to say they were excellent in keeping their site cleaned and keeping the dust to a minimum. Would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“We got three estimates for a full re-stucco of our 3,000 sq ft 2 story house in Rio Rancho. BW Earp came in the cheapest (by several thousand dollars over two other VERY famous re-stucco businesses). We were a little nervous about such a difference but the owner, Bryan, took a great deal of time to explain the process and what exactly they would do to extend the life of our home and to renew its appearance. Although the work started later than originally estimated the whole house was done in about 9 working days. Costs matched the estimate exactly - no surprises! Crew was professional and cordial. They did a great job protecting everything around the house that wasn't getting stucco'd. Such a very pleasant experience considering what a difficult job it is. The house looks great. I really love the elastomeric stucco that they used and what the finished product looks like.”

“This company helped me flip a 75 year old house from pre-purchase through completion: complete electrical change out, changeover from galvanized plumbing, structural remodeling, new stucco, new windows on a traditional New Mexican home with curved ceilings and window frames. They were professional, easily contactable (is that a word?!), kept their promises or made it clear why not, made it right when it needed adjustment, and did top notch work. Every inspector that came through was clearly impressed with the quality of work that had been done. I have used them before and will certainly use them again.”

“I hired Bain Cochran Construction to renovate and remodel my house in Villanueva. The job involved replacing the flooring, removing some walls, replacing countertops, lighting, plumbing, and painting throughout. It was an unusual project in many regards, complicated by the fact that it is an hour and a half from Bain's office and that I live in Austin, Texas. I had to trust Bain to make decisions and handle the project for me. I am an interior designer and am used to overseeing projects directly, but I was 100% pleased with their performance, honesty, and reliability. We are now beginning work on another project together, this time the renovation of a 120-year-old adobe home. It would be impossible to take on these projects long-distance without a sound relationship with a competent and trustworthy contractor such as Bain Cochran.”

“After calling 13 different roofing contractors that failed us, Stefan Hunter and Royal Restoration and Remodeling was called to the job. While they typically do not do roofing they did step up to the challenge. The job was completed above and beyond our expectations in a timely, professional manor. You might say we got the "Royal Treatment". They accommodated our every request including upgrading the material, meeting code requirements, upgrading our cooling system through one of their affiliate companies and insuring we would have no unexpected issues down the road by inspecting every facet of the project. They discovered disconnected duct work while the roof was open and repaired it at no extra charge as well as finding parts of duct work left inside other duct work that did not belong there and removed it. Obviously shoddy workmanship on the part of a prior repair or installation. We could not be more satisfied with the service and workmanship as well as the follow up. We have already scheduled additional projects with them and look forward to more of the same service we were provided.”
