My renovation project began as a significant renovation to the exterior of the home, with Terry doing a significant portion of the interior work required as I expanded and updated bathrooms and upper decking of the house. The house was then impacted by one of the other contractors who failed to perform which caused damage to the home. Terry and team were on site and did everything possible to assist me to try to mitigate the issues even though it was not really their responsibility. The project then became significantly larger as we gutted about 70% of the interior of the home. Terry and team painted completed trim and finish work as well as assisted with helping me find contractors for the portions they did not do. Terry and team were great and he's a guy you can count on to get things done AND finish them properly. Thanks Terry really appreciate it.”

They hav involved interior painting and flooring in both unts, many minor repairs,, closet doors, installations of fixtures, stoves etc. Major projects have included complete shower replacement of plumbing, drywall and tile. They also glassed in our screened patio to makee an extra year-round room. All work has been satisfactory and of best quality. Communications excellent, estimates prompt and accurate.
