“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“We moved to Minnesota about 5 ½ years ago, purchasing an older stone house with magnificent woodwork and exceptional detail. Jay and his crew took on a substantial remodel/upgrade project and executed flawlessly. These guys are professional, friendly, and highly skilled craftsmen. On another occasion we had a pipe burst when I was away at work (airline pilot). Yuki called Jay and he was at the house within an hour mitigating damage and beginning the cleanup and restoration process. On Super Bowl Sunday afternoon!!! We could not be happier with all they have done!!”

“our basement was total open space, only a stairway in the middle. We wanted a bathroom, pool table area, TV area, bar area and closed in storage area. In addition my husband wanted to keep his workshop, and we did not want a finished ceiling. Deichmans project manager developed a plan that covered all of our desires. I wanted black cabinets, black ceiling, fairly dark walls and black woodwork. I wanted a barn door somewhere, a fireplace and stone to be incorporated somewhere. We wanted a well defined bar area with a soffit above. The great thing about the project is that they took what we wanted and figured out a way to make everything we wanted to work out. The quality of work is excellent. They paid so much attention to finishing details. When the job was done, they did not have to come back and re-do anything, it was completely finished. WE LOVE IT”

It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“We have been in our home 25 years and decided that our family room needed a “facelift!” After interviewing several contractors we were sold on Dan Drenckhahn and Country Creek Builders. Sometimes the sales pitch can be more than what is actually delivered, but Dan and his crew did not disappoint! They were always on time at the job site, the house was always impeccably tidy before they left at the end of the day, and they were very accommodating to our questions and changes that we made during the project. We love everything about the new & improved family room look, but the most impressive feature is the stone fireplace! We replaced our brick fireplace with stone and every stone showroom sales person said “the fireplace will only be as good as your mason.” We wondered if ‘young’ Dave would be up for the task and he far exceeded our expectations. His eye for color and design were exceptional. People are wowed by the beautiful fireplace! Clearly, we would highly recommend Country Creek Builders for your remodeling endeavors!
