After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
