“our basement was total open space, only a stairway in the middle. We wanted a bathroom, pool table area, TV area, bar area and closed in storage area. In addition my husband wanted to keep his workshop, and we did not want a finished ceiling. Deichmans project manager developed a plan that covered all of our desires. I wanted black cabinets, black ceiling, fairly dark walls and black woodwork. I wanted a barn door somewhere, a fireplace and stone to be incorporated somewhere. We wanted a well defined bar area with a soffit above. The great thing about the project is that they took what we wanted and figured out a way to make everything we wanted to work out. The quality of work is excellent. They paid so much attention to finishing details. When the job was done, they did not have to come back and re-do anything, it was completely finished. WE LOVE IT”

“We moved to Minnesota about 5 ½ years ago, purchasing an older stone house with magnificent woodwork and exceptional detail. Jay and his crew took on a substantial remodel/upgrade project and executed flawlessly. These guys are professional, friendly, and highly skilled craftsmen. On another occasion we had a pipe burst when I was away at work (airline pilot). Yuki called Jay and he was at the house within an hour mitigating damage and beginning the cleanup and restoration process. On Super Bowl Sunday afternoon!!! We could not be happier with all they have done!!”

“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“I really don't know where to start or end my review. My dream was to live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. My husband and I found a 100-year-old home that was very small and in need of major remodeling, but it was in the perfect neighborhood. We were hesitant about undergoing such a huge renovation. After meeting with Treasured Spaces we were ecstatic! They listened to our needs and created plans that exceeded our highest expectations! And it gets even better. They were amazing to work with! They turned the plans that we created together into reality. We love our home and the entire process was amazing. So amazing that we've hired Treasured Spaces to come back on several additional jobs...a nursery off our master suite, a deck, finished basement spaces, and more...and that's just in our house that we purchased back in late 2010. We've since started buying rental properties and Treasured Spaces manages all of our pre-rental remodeling. Thank you Treasured Spaces for turning me into a remodelaholic!”

“We had Mike renovate our lower level bathroom and help with a small home theater setup with custom cabinets. From day one, we were impressed with Mike. He was very easy to talk with and he laid out everything in a clear and precise manner. He and Tyler were very courteous, made sure they cleaned up before they left (Tyler even stopped by after a sub-contractor left to make sure they had cleaned up). They did an outstanding job with everything. Mikes custom cabinet guy Sean created some of the nicest built in cabinets. Extremely high quality! There craftsmanship on everything was impressive. Mike came up with great ideas that we used for saving space in the bathroom as well as cabinet design. We also had Mike and Tyler work on a full wall back splash and new under cabinet LED lighting in our kitchen. The end result was absolutely gorgeous. We plan on using Mike again to help when we do our other bathroom, We will absolutely call on Mike to work on it.”

“Jeff did a great job. He fixed a rotted sill and installed two sliding doors. The start was delayed because of two days bad weather but finished the job on time. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the days work. The doors look like they have always been there.”
