After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”

“I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
