“Rossi Construction remodeled my condo in Florida while I was living in Houston, TX. The crew did an amazing job of demolition and rebuilding and I was completely satisfied with the results! Mr Rossi did the work for a fair price and in the time frame that was discussed at our consultation meeting. There were a few changes in the materials and design and he gladly helped make those changes happen. The punch list at the end of the process was very minor and the final results were incredible! The local realtor uses my condo and the work that was done to show potential clients what a remodeled unit in our complex could look like! They are the best and the quality of the work was superb!”

“I contacted Robert H. Delafield, Inc. because I needed an enclosure built on our patio, that would let our three cats have a way to experience the outdoors but remain safe. I told Robert what I had in mind and asked if it was feasible. Not only did his carpenters build what I had envisioned, they exceeded everything I had hoped the enclosure would be. Their attention to detail and their workmanship is exquisite. The unit is built with framing on the east and north walls. The west and south walls of the house, serve as the other two sides of the unit. The French doors from the house open into the enclosure's south side along with a cat-door that was built into the house wall. The east wall has a door that leads out to the yard. A corrugated translucent roof allows light and protects from rain. The inside framing is covered with hardware cloth (a material the cats can't destroy or escape from). The outside framing holds aluminum frames for the heavy duty screening material, to keep the insects out. We are so proud of our "Catio" and the cats love it.”

This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! “II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”
